RETURNS POLICY

Special Order Items:

With special order items, unless there is a fault or defect that was not caused via customer misuse, are not covered for returns/refunds.

A special order item is any item which has had customer specific specifications. This also includes items which we have had specially ordered in that we do not carry as part of our standard stock in the store.

Hygenie concern:

Any items (such as microphones, headphones, ect.) may only be refunded if the factory packaging is intact. It may be repaired or replaced subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Faulty goods:

Any faults that were present with an item at the time of purchase are not covered for return.

Items that the customer have attempted to fix or modify themselves are not covered for return and invalidate any warranty.

Any item that has customer caused fault or defect are not available for return or refund.

Faults with goods (that are not as a result of customer misuse) will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty or repaired in store. New items have a 12 month warranty unless specified differently by the manufacturer or if it is an item (such as amplifier valves or string) which come with a limited warranty. Second hand items are covered by the store for repair, as long as they have not be tampered with or damaged by the customer.

All faulty goods must return in their original condition, with boxes and accessories that were originally provided as part of that item.

In-store purchases:

At the time of purchase of any item, we will give you time to try and view the item. For reasons that are not listed in this policy, you may not be elligible for return or refund. This instead would likey come under a part exchange or repurchase from you. If we do accept a new item as it remains in original condtion, you will be subject to a restocking fee.

You must provide the original reciept of purchase.

Online purchases:

Any damage to the item that has occured during transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of the delivery date. We will offer you options of a partial refund or return of the item.

If you wish to return an item, it must return in its orginal condition as it was recieved and packaging. The delivery service used must give us a confirmation of delivery booked under details we shall provide.

Goods can be initiated for a return for any reason within 14 days of the date which you recieve them, in line with your Right To Cancel. You have 14 days to get the item back to us from this point. You must return the item in its original condition, unaltered and with either the orignal packaging or packaging that is of equal or better standard. Any damaged casued by insuffient packaging may result in your refund being refused or reduced. We will notify you in this situation and if required return the goods back to you.

Any item that is returned to us and requires full payment under your Right To Cancel, the payment will be issued as store credit.

If the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty or damaged upon arrival, we may offer you a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
