Description
The Fredric Effects Blue Monarch overdrive is based on the popular Blues Breaker overdrive of the 90s, with the mods offered by the KoT version of this circuit with the long waiting list! Fredric effects redesigned the layout so all four controls are external, added a toggle switch to replace the DIP switch functions, and added a switchable boost stage because the original overall volume of the BB/KoT. They have also slightly increased the maximum gain available, to make this a very versatile pedal.
This pedal is an amazing overdrive that nicely colours your sound to the tone of classic rock and blues albums and is one you can always leave on.
